Join us for a day of family-friendly celebration, inclusivity, and visibility for the Q+ community who live in and around Preble County, OH. In times of political and economic turmoil, it's time we foster an inclusive environment; no matter your beliefs.

We are planning an event with art and homemade goods vendors, community organizations, rock painting for families, and more fun for all ages. We hope you consider coming out. We are excited to make this a yearly happening!

Vendor Terms & Conditions
  • Booth rentals will cost $50 (fee waived for non-profit & LGBTQ+ organizations). 
  • Pay for your booth here:  https://www.preblepride.org/pay 
  • Vendor setup starts at 11:00am. You may choose to arrive earlier if extra setup time is needed. Teardown starts at 6:00pm
  • Booth dimensions: 12'x12' - 4 feet on each side is reserved for walkways.
  • You will have access to power but will need to bring extension cords, tables & chairs, and a tent. LET A BOARD MEMBER KNOW IF YOU NEED MOVED CLOSER TO A POWER SOURCE. 
  • Payment: No booths will be held. Full payment is required by 4/27/2024 unless prior arrangements have been made between the vendor and the event planner. Failure to pay before this date will result in your booth being given to a waitlisted vendor. To pay for your booth, visit https://preblepri.de/pay and select from the available payment methods. 
  • Check your email. You will receive an email before the event with additional details
  • Getting here: When you arrive by GPS, you will be at the front of the park and will need to follow the one way street through the park to our cabin. Please do not park in the grass when unloading your booth supplies. 
  • Only items listed on your original registration will be allowed. If you have new items, please let us know before the event. Used and thrifted items are allowed but must be free of defects which diminish and/or limit the original use of the item.
  • This is a family-friendly event - your products and services should reflect this. No nudity, excessive profanity, obscenity, extremism, politics, etc. Items deemed for more mature audiences should be kept separate and out of reach from children.
  • The following items are NOT approved for sale/display: animals (registered livestock, canine, feline, and exotic breeders okay, but must limit to two display animals and provide documentation), obscene and/or pornographic materials, flea market items, drug paraphernalia, and guns.
  • Knives & Blades: blades are allowed but must be in a secured display case at all times or in a secured package unless demonstrating. Only one blade is to be displayed at once.
  • Right to Refuse: The Preble County Pride Board of Trustees reserves the right to remove from sale any item/service deemed inappropriate for the event at any time for any reason.
  • Clothing, clothing accessories, and jewelry must be properly hung on display mounts or shelves/stands.
  • Liability: Preble County Pride and its Board Members cannot be held responsible for accidents, damage, loss of merchandise, or any other shortcomings related to or as a result of this event or organization.


  • Placement is determined by available space, the time and date your application was received, as well as the layout for each event location.

  • Food sales - all baked goods must be packaged in take-home containers or snap-seal bags. Food vendors are required to have a food license and/or food for sale must fall under Ohio Cottage Food Laws. Samples are allowed but must be distributed with individual use napkins or containers. 

  • Someone must be at your booth at all times - please do not leave your booth unattended.

  • Keep walkways between booths open and free of belongings, product, power cords, debris, and other tripping hazards.

Types of Vendors & Booths Needed
We are looking for LGBTQIA+ organizations, non-profits with free community resources, and local governmental entities to set up information tables at our event. We are also happy to showcase locally-run, independently-owned businesses, homemade craft vendors, and more.
